Charles Mirho has specialized in obtaining and enforcing patents since 1994. His technical areas of experience include digital and analog circuits, software, e-commerce, imaging systems, Internet technologies, semiconductor fabrication, mechanical and hydraulic systems, physics, and optics. Mr. Mirho also has over ten years experience as an electrical and software engineer. Mr. Mirho received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1998, Summa Cum Laud, from Santa Clara University School of Law. Mr. Mirho also has an M.S.E.E. degree (1990) from Rutgers University College of Engineering, with a Computer Engineering Specialty, and a B.S.E.E. (1986), from Rutgers University College of Engineering. He is a member of the Oregon, Washington, and California State Bars. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Mirho was a patent attorney and patent agent for Intel Corporation.

Laura Lee Norris specializes in intellectual property, business-transaction and general counsel-type services to entrepreneurs, startups, and established companies. Laura's engineering and patent law background supplements her business law experience, giving her a unique understanding of the issues facing entrepreneurs and company executives. As the former Vice President of the Legal Department and Corporate Secretary of Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (NYSE:CY), Laura actively managed all legal affairs of the company through a combination of in-house and external counsel, minimizing the company's legal risk while maintaining a tight legal-fees budget. Prior to joining Cypress in 1999, she was a patent litigation associate at Arnold White & Durkee in Menlo Park, California, representing a variety of high-tech clients. Laura received her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1997, while working full-time as a patent agent at Intel Corporation in Santa Clara, California. She received her Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1992, and worked as a design engineer at Intel before going to law school. Jim Billmaier is a 25 year technology veteran and inventor of over 80 granted and pending patents who brings a wealth of small and large company executive leadership experience and IP knowledge to our team. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of two venture backed companies and is an angel technology investor as well as a Limited Partner in a Seattle based Venture Capital firm. Prior to founding PNI, he was CEO of Digeo, a Seattle-based startup that creates media center software and hardware. Under his leadership Digeo became a market leader, received 375 patents and filings, and won two Emmy Awards for technical achievement. He also served as CEO of Asymetrix and led the company's successful IPO in 1998. Before moving to the Seattle area, he was Vice President and General Manager of Sun Microsystem's Networking Software Division, leading the efforts of Sun's first internet offerings as well introducing the JAVA programming language to the world. He also held executive leadership positions at MIPS Computer Systems and Digital Equipment Corporation. He holds a BA from Santa Clara University.
